James Michael Short, 48, of Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021. He was born in Zanesville, Ohio on July 4th 1973 to Mr. & Mrs. William J. Harrison. He was a good man. He was a quiet man. He was always there to help. He took good care of his mother. He loved his family. He was a loving man to his kids. James Michael Short is survived by his mother; Mrs. Betty K. Harrison, his sister; Mrs. Kim A. Glover (Trevor), son; Michael A. Soard, daughter; Mrs. Michelle M. Rifkin. 5 Grandchildren, 4 Aunts & Uncles. 2 Nephews & 1Niece. and Cousins. He was preceded in death by his Father; Mr. William J. Harrison, Grandmother; Mrs. Ella L. Phillis and, Aunt & Uncles. In Lieu of funeral services, James Michael Short is being cremated as of his wishes. His ashes will be given to his mother. Prayers and condolences are appreciated.
