On Tuesday July 5th 2022 Rhonda Jean Carbullido, 70, of Milton Florida, Passed from this Life to Her Eternal Home to be with her Heavenly Father. Rhonda Jean was Born on February 19th 1952 in Ft Walton FL, her parents Robert Eugene Franklin and Margaret Lugenia Franklin (Bob & Jean Franklin) and James A. Edwards Rhonda Jean was a Caring & Devoted Wife and Loving Mother & Grandmother who loved to be called “Momma & Grandma & GG by her loving Children and Grandchildren & Great-grandchildren. Rhonda Jean was Blessed with a loving family that will forever hold-tight to her memory. Rhonda Jean met her Devoted and Loving husband Paul A. Carbullido in 1993 & they fell in love instantly. Together they built a Life filled with Love & Laughter & many great memories. She Truly & Deeply Loved Her Big Strong Marine. Awaiting Her in Heaven parents Robert E. Franklin & Margaret L. Franklin, and James A. Edwards, Mother-N-Law Silvia M. Santos As well as a host of other loved ones that have preceded her in death.
