Obituary of john matthew pristas

John Matthew Pristas, 80, of Pensacola, Florida, formerly of Clifton, NJ, passed away on Monday, June 7, 2021. He was born in Passaic, NJ on April 19, 1941 to John and Stella Pristas. He graduated from Clifton High School in 1958 and studied at Rutgers University in Newark, NJ. He was employed by Hoffmann LaRoche as a lab technician for over 25 years until retirement. John was married to Carol Dohmyer Pristas for 58 years. John is survived by his loving devoted wife, Carol; daughter, Lisa Lackner; son, John R. Pristas, all of Pensacola, FL; grandson, CJ Lackner of Saddle Brook, NJ; granddaughter, Megan Meehan and her husband Ryan; great grandchildren, Aidan, Aubrey and Kevin all of Haskell, NJ; granddaughter's Kayleigh Lackner of Pensacola, FL and Jessica Lackner of Norfolk, VA; grandson, Michael Thompson of Duryea, PA; brother Robert and his wife Chris of Mississauga, ON. The family will be having a private Celebration of Life at a later time.
