Keith Dean Holder, 74, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020.
God's calling him home.
Keith was born December 6, 1946 in Alexandria, MN and died on December 12, 2020
in Pensacola, Fl. His family left Osakis, MN farm and moved to Fairbanks, Alaska at the age of 5. He graduated Lathrop High School. He is the Beloved husband of Cheryl (Whipple) Holder, who he married 1988 and was a loving father of 2 sons, Brandon and Nicholas and devoted Grandpa.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Holder; sons, Brandon Holder and Nicholas Holder; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Orlo M. Holder and Ina I. (Garvin) Holder; siblings, Monica 'Mic' Ringgold, Nevada, Noreen Webb, California, Blaine Holder, Florida and Brian Holder, Missouri.
Keith served in the Army as Company Headquarters Teletype Operator from 1966 to 1968. He was a Reservist to 1972, then joined Teamster Union, was Vested and retired. He was an Expediter for Alascom, Fairbanks, Alaska 1990. Keith became Director of Maintenance at the Flora-Bama for 17 yrs, then retired 2012.
A devoted member and musician at Liberty Church Campuses for 17 years, Keith was a minister from 1970 - 2020. Some of his proudest moments were Ministering happy couples in their Nuptials. He loved living and playing music on the Gulf Coast. Playing in many bands including the Worship team at Church, and his last band Read the Red.
He enjoyed motor homing with his family, riding his motorcycles, boating and walks on the beach with Lilly and Lucy. He's walking now, with Lilly and Jesus.
