Obituary of gerald arthur carrier

Gerald Arthur Carrier, 81, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on Saturday, October 3, 2020. Jerry was born in Fall River, Massachusetts and moved to Pensacola in 1992. He was in the US Navy for 20 years and then employed by Old Sarge's Outdoor. Jerry loved hockey, the Boston Red Sox’s, golfing with his buddies, doing yard work with his daughter, visiting his son in Jacksonville and going to Biloxi with his wife, Marion. Gerald and Marion were married for 54 years and were blessed with two children. He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Joyce Everly. Jerry is survived by his wife, Marion; son, Peter J. Carrier; daughter, Julie A. Carrier; beloved granddaughter, Gabrielle S. Carrier; brother, Richard “Butch” Carrier and sisters, Louise Dawn Maitoza and Susan Carrier. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Family-Funeral & Cremation, 5627 North Davis Hwy., Pensacola, Florida 32503. Interment will be at Barrancas National Cemetery on Friday October 23, 2020 at 9:30 am. The procession will met at 9:00 am at the Wal-mart parking lot, 2951 S. Blue Angel Pkwy., Pensacola, Florida 32507.
