Those who knew Nick, knew that his passion for equality and inclusion were what kept him grounded. His immense commitment to his friends, peers, teachers, and the staff at SOLA were a strong source of positivity. Though he faced a myriad of challenges, Nick made many meaningful connections with people. His desire for spending time with friends–Max, Josslyn, Terez, Justin, Katie, Blake, and Laura, to name a few, held a special place in Nick’s heart. Per Nick’s last wishes, his family encourages that you educate yourself on “Right to Die” along with “Death with Dignity” and contact your local legislature on how you can support the movement. This motion is based around the opinion that human beings are entitled to end their life and/or undergo voluntary euthanasia and physician-assisted suicide.
