Obituary of Wendell Carroll VanLandingham

September 30, 1961 - January 8, 2019 Wendell Carroll VanLandingham, 57, of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 8, 2019. Wendell was a resident of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida for many years. He lived formerly in Griffin, Georgia and throughout Texas. Wendell was a carpenter by trade, and worked throughout Georgia and Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Aubrey Glen VanLandingham and Gale VanLandingham (Mericle); sister, Vicki (VanLandingham) Ramon. His legacy will live on through his son, Cole VanLandingham; daughter, Nichole (Cheree) Ricks; stepson, Joe Bruce and grandchildren, Jacob, Landon, Aniah, Cora, Emma and Wyatt. He is survived by brother, Darryl VanLandingham and sisters, Cristi VanLandingham Kersh, Dana McKay, Kelly Ballew and stepmother, Sandra VanLandingham. Wendell was a loving father and a friend to many. He will be missed by all. He was a strong supporter of The Rock Ministries of Ft. Walton Beach.
