Obituary of Douglas Steen

Douglas Steen, 55, of Pensacola, Florida passed away Thursday, August 2, 2018. Mr. Steen was born in Pensacola to Annie Robinson Cheatum. He was a hard worker that loved helping others. He always had a smile. He enjoyed going fishing, dancing and most of all singing. He was an outstanding father that will be truly missed. He was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Cheatum; his sister, Allison Steen and his brother, Anthony Steen. He is survived by his wife, Toni Steen; daughter, Alshey Steen; stepchildren, Jonia Green, Zella Richmond, Toni L. Richmond and Cleveland Savage and two brothers, Kenneth (Dreena) Moorer and Larry Steen. I would like to give a special thank you to my son, Jonia Green, for always being by his side. I’d also like to thank everyone who prayed for him and was there for him. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 10:30 am with services following at 10:30 am on Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Family-Funeral & Cremation, 7253 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida 32504.
