Obituary of Dianna Gail Adams

on June 6 2023; Dianna “Gail” Adams, of Pensacola, FL, passed away after a long battle with illness, at the age of 69.  Gail was born in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, to Delma “Ray” Baker and Julia Catheryn Russell. Once Ray completed his services the family moved home to Pensacola, where Gail was raised along with 2 siblings. She graduated from Tate Highschool and went on to earn her associates from Pensacola Jr College before becoming a registered nurse.

Gail is preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Julia Baker.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Heather Goodnight, Elizabeth Adams-Brooking (Rob), Abigail Adams, and John Adams (Angela); siblings, Judy Labit (Jim) and Gary Baker (Renee); grandchildren, Hannah Goodnight, Taylor Goodnight, Jacob Turner, and Joseph Adams; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Gail was a cornerstone in the lives of her children and grandchildren; she will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Family Funeral and Cremation 5627 N Davis Hwy Pensacola, FL 32503. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gail’s honor to American diabetic Association.
