Obituary of Maxine Beverly Redding

Maxine Beverly Redding, age 85, of Eufaula, Alabama passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024 with family at her side.

Maxine was born January 10, 1938 in Great Northwest Territories, Canada to Maxwell and Velma Inglis.  After graduating from nursing school she moved to Eufaula and maried Harvey Dan Redding, Jr.  She served her community for many years as a registered nurse.  She received her masters degree from University of South Alabama.  She was a member of First Baptist Church of Eufaula.  After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, traveling on mission trips, art lessons, and volunteering with her church and Angel Dog Rescue.

Maxine is preceded in death by her parents, Maxwell and Velma; husband, Dan; and sister, Karen.  She is survived by her children, Laura, Dan (Lori), Patricia (Philip), Tommy (Mandy); grandchildren, Collin, Arie (Ethan), Colby, Miles, Georgi, Charlie, and Beverly; great-grandchildren, Oliver and Eli; siblings, Patricia, Jim, Debbie, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers a donation may be made in her memory to- Angel Dog Rescue, 21 High Street, Georgetown, GA 39854.
