JoeJoe was difficult and a handful but we all loved his laugh and his crazy antics. As kids he was always a trickster and a good time. Having fire cracker wars in the backyard in the summers, skim boarding down Green Acres on a piece of plywood during hurricanes, and throwing candy in car windows to people stopped at the red light in grandmas driveway on Halloween will always be my favorite memories of him.
