Obituary of Harvey Joe Ohde

Harvey Joe Ohde ( Davenport), 60 of Pensacola, passed away May 14m 2024 at Baptist Hospital in Pensacola.

Harvey was born May 14, 1964 to Harvey Lee and Mary Louise (Sadler) Davenport, Jr. in Meridian, Texas and moved to Pensacola in 2011.

Harvey is a graduate of Meridian High School and was a Certified Nursing Assistant who treated his patients so well. He was often referred to by his patients as Dr. Harvey.

He is preceded in death by his parents as well as his paternal grandparents, Harvey L. and Gladys (Holloway) Davenport, Sr and his maternal grandparents, Jimmie and Annie Mae (Walker) Sadler.

Harvey is survived by his husband, Richard L. Ohde of Pensacola; his children, Loura A Garrett-Melindez, Seth A Ohde, Alexander Ohde and Benjamin R Ohde as well as Fransis Hereford, Lynda Davenport, Anita L. Davenport, Gayle D. Edwards, Ian Devereaux, Opal Lavern Davenport, Rolanda Davenport and Bradley Davenport. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, cousins and friends.

Harvey had a heart of gold and will be missed by all he has touched. May he rest in peace.
