Obituary of Christopher David Hogue

It is with great sadness that the Hogue family announces the passing of their loved one, Christopher David Hogue, June 09, 2024, in Pensacola, Fl. , his birth place.                             

Christopher and his parents moved to Baldwin County Alabama when he was 7 years old.

His career before he became disabled from car accident was one of the best dispatchers for Seminole Trucking, Seminole, Al.

Christopher will remembered for his respect for others, good heart and generosity. He will surely be missed by all, family and friends that grew to love him by his kindness , respectfulness, and a sense of character. He never left the room without making you smile.

Christopher is survived by his mother, Sherry Southern Hogue, grandmother, Sherlon Southern, daughter, Dylana Hogue, mother of daughter , Crystal Thomas ,  Fiance' for Eight years , Jennifer Sparks , favorite Aunt , Marilyn Allen, Number one father n law and mother n law, Danny and Paula Brewer, his Uncle and Aunt, John and Larinda Ingram, numerous cousins and his best friend Neil Faircloth, several cousins and Aunts & Uncles.

Preceded in death, his father, Ronald Hogue., his wife, Amy R. Hogue (Taylor) and his son, Christopher Dylan Hogue. 

In 2008 Christopher lost his beloved wife, Amy Hogue and his 5 year old son Dylan, in the car accident that left him disabled. Since the accident his life was in shambles, from not being able to have a hip replacement because of complications and diagnose of cirrhosis in June 2021 from hep c that had been caused from tatooing. He had been put on waiting list for a liver transplant.

In lieu of flowers, his mother and daughter, would like donations be made to the American Liver Foundation, to find a cure for cirrhosis, to be able to help many  have a new life.

Services are being held at Family Funeral and Cremation, 5627 N. Davis Hwy, Pensacola, Fl., 2:00 viewing for family, 3:00 viewing for friends and 4:00 for funeral service, reception to be held after service at his grandmothers, 1202 Betts Lane in Molino ,Fl.
