Obituary of Lynn Erline Wilson
Lynn Erline Wilson (Neen) peacefully passed on to her heavenly home on Sunday morning on July 28, 2024. Lynn was born on March 20, 1938 in McCrory, Arkansas to Clark Wilson and Pauline Young.
Lynn graduated with honors from McCrory, Arkansas and later obtained her Masters Degree in Education from Arkansas State University. Her first love was reading. She would sneak to school before she was old enough to go and would later spend her lunch money buying magazines and books. She had a love of learning and taught school for many years. Her love for travel and adventure led to her move to Cochabamba, Bolivia with her three children to teach in a private American school. She also worked to get her pilot’s license. She later did a lot of traveling with her grandchildren to different beaches across the east coast.
After retiring from teaching, Lynn decided to make Navarre, Florida her home where she spent her free time working in her yard and devoted her time and her home to various activities with the Navarre Garden Club. She served for several years on the board of the garden club and led many different committees through the years.
Lynn was proceeded in death by her father, Clark Wilson; Mother, Pauline Young; brother, Don Wilson; daughter, Kellie Anderson. She is survived by her daughter, Tracy Skinner; son, Todd Wilson (CherylAnne)both of Navarre, Fl.; sisters, Carolyn Higginbothom and Tricia Yates (Phillip) both of McCrory, Ar.; Grandchildren, Sara Robinson, Nikki Skinner, Stephanie Skinner Williams, Kristin Hame, Matthew Anderson, Amy Wilson, Michael Wilson and Luc Wilson; Great grandchildren, Braylon Hampton, Brennon Hampton, Braxton Williams, Jalen Robinson, and Maeve Hame; step-grandchildren, (Todd), Stephen Kramp, Jessica Kramp, and Emily Williams.
