Obituary of Omar Lee Laureano

Our beloved Omar Lee Laureano, age 22, born October 4, 2002, tragically passed away on November 22, 2024. He is originally from Ft. Myers, FL, and has resided in Mobile, AL for the last 2 ½ years. 

His loss will leave a large hole in many hearts. He was a hard worker, provider, and overachiever. He could enter a room and brighten it with his smile, his attitude or presence. He achieved his goal of making himself and all of those around him proud. To his son he was not only a father but a guide, teacher, and hero. As a devoted father he cherished every moment spent with him.

Omar, we love you with all our hearts; We are profoundly proud of you and as you would have said “We will see you on the flipside.”

He is survived by his father, Miguel Laureano, his mother, Michelle Beard, his brother, Jaydon Laureano, his fiancé, Kiara Morales, his son, Jayvion Laborde, his grandmother, Suzanne Leon, his aunt, Shandell Hovey, his aunt, Danielle Eaton, his uncle, Noel Laureano, his aunt, Jannell Stairs, his uncle, Sergio Laureano, his uncle, Donald Beard and many cousins.

A visitation will be held at Family-Funeral & Cremation, 5627 North Davis Highway Pensacola, Florida 32503 on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, beginning at 5:30PM with a service immediately following at 6:30PM.
