George and I met in Florida after I had my private pilot license. He was instrumental in my training and motivating me to continue to pilot career. I thinked him many times through the years for that! I enjoyed his humor, Infectious chuckle and friendship. You will forever be missed
George was my flight instructor from 1982 through 1986 and like a second Father to me. He is responsible for much of where I went in my flying career. I last talked to him in Feb, and though I could tell he was slowing down, he had the same George voice and attitude from 1982, when he was 43 and I was 17.
